Toner and ink cartridges can be expensive and poor quality cartridges even more costly when you factor in printer troubles and grief. Many remanufactured (Compatible) cartridges are only partially rebuilt in order to have the lowest possible price. To keep that price low, components within the cartridges are replaced with poor quality substitutes or are not changed at all. OUCH! How does that help you?

Warranties: The question we're always asked.

Do remanufactured or compatible cartridges void my warranty? Absolutely not. In fact, most printer warranties explicitly state that using a different brand of toner or ink is OK, as it is illegal to void a warranty for this reason.
